Business information

Individual sessions

Sessions last up to one hour. We always start with an initial consultation, during which we explore together what the issues are and what would be most suitable. Based on this, a follow-up programme may be arranged.

This follow-up programme is always tailor-made. The frequency can vary from weekly, fortnightly or otherwise. This depends on what arises and what is required at that moment. It is possible to plan ahead, although experience shows that a programme sets a process in motion and unfolds as it goes along.

Everyone has their own pace in this process. That is why I prefer to assess what is appropriate on a session-by-session basis, so that the process is not forced but remains supported. It is often through this alignment that the greatest depth and space for integration arise.

Please feel free to contact me if you would like to discuss whether this form of support is right for you.
