About me

My background, vision and approach

Personal path

The most helpful training was my inner journey. I sought deeper understanding through various courses, but my real development has come from years of self-exploration.
A radical drive – cutting through every layer – time and time again.

This has taught me to take responsibility for what arises within. Not by explaining or fixing it, but by remaining present with it. Especially in times of tension, doubt or discomfort. This allows space to emerge. It creates a more solid connection with myself and with life as it unfolds.

My experience as a psychosomatic therapist deepens and anchors this process. In my work, I see every day how the body speaks and how symptoms are often an intelligent signal rather than a problem that needs solving. That combination – of lived inner work and clinical experience – enables me to work with clarity, attunement and calm. I know when to slow down, when to mirror and when, in fact, to do nothing. That provides a safe foundation and allows us to get to the heart of the matter.

A layer deeper

Many forms of therapy focus on thoughts, emotions and behaviour. They help you better understand why you do what you do and how patterns can change.

In my work, we look not only at what you think or feel, but also at the layer beneath: the body and the tension in which experiences are stored.

Thoughts and emotions are often the visible expression of something that lies deeper within our system.

This means we explore where it originates within your system and why it keeps reappearing. When we give this our attention, something can shift at a more fundamental level.

That is why the work I do is often physically felt. Space, relaxation, clarity or, conversely, emotion is released. Not because a technique is being applied, but because together we get to the heart of the matter.

Method

Direct experience is central to my approach. I do not work according to fixed protocols or quick fixes, but through presence, attunement and slowing down.
By exploring together what arises in the moment – for example, a feeling, a physical sensation or an inner movement – underlying patterns and tensions become visible.

The aim is not to correct these, but to create space for them. From that space, movement, insight and relaxation often arise naturally.

In my work, I use various forms of body-oriented work and constellation work.
On a weekly basis, I'll post a new blog on this platform in which I discuss my approach, working methods and personal experiences in greater detail.

During the sessions themselves, the emphasis is on careful observation and exploring together what arises.

In this context, I see the therapist’s calm, supportive and safe presence as one of the most important ‘working methods’.
A presence that invites rather than directs, that observes without judgement and leaves space for whatever wishes to reveal itself. From this foundation, we can together sense exactly where something is stuck and what is actually calling for attention beneath the surface.

This work often appeals to people who find that talking alone is no longer enough, and who are curious about what else their body and inner experience have to say.
