The Lotus flower
"My path, my work and why I write”
There comes a moment when the hardened state of survival begins to soften.
A moment when calm descends further and the body relaxes.
As the creative spirit opens up,
And the path ahead is clearer than ever.
I am living that moment now.
And from there, I begin to write.
Over the past few years, I have done intensive inner work.
A profound journey through painful layers.
One that became lighter through facing and letting go.
Time and time again.
Like climbing a mountain, with ever-lighter luggage.
Sometimes one step back, only to take two steps forward.
A journey in which resilience, courage and trust have been key ingredients.
I am currently in the phase where things are starting to flow.
Where windows and doors were closed for a long time, things are now allowed to ignite🔥
My vision, work and entrepreneurship.
My creativity, voice and language.
It is no coincidence that the lotus flower was chosen as the title.
It must first work its way through the mud before the flower is allowed to bloom above the water.
Without mud, there is no lotus.
Shadows as raw materials for growth.
I write because awareness is one of my life’s goals.
And because I want to make awareness accessible to everyone.
The inner processes that live within me, will initially take shape through
weekly blogs on this platform.
Here I share:
– insights from my own processes
– therapeutic perspectives from my work
– the energetic dynamics between humans, animals and nature
– systemic work, bodywork, phenomenology
– the mystical thread that runs through it all
And..
-My passion for life! ✨
I love to look at myself and life with a curious, inquiring eye. And with that, we really kick off the next blog on: “Experiencing and the process of becoming aware”
